1. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of any unused and unopened items within 14 days of receipt. Please keep in mind, return shipping is not free and will need to be paid by you.
2. Damage, Missing, or Receiving the Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging so we can investigate promptly. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our returns policy. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to resolve all issues as quickly and fairly as possible.

4. How to track order?

5. How long does delivery take?
We offer delivery via Royal Mail Tracked services:
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Delivery is typically made within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 48: Delivery is typically made within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
6. How do I cancel my order?
We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Due to this there is a very limited amount of time after an order has been placed where we may be able to cancel your order. This is not guaranteed. If we are not able to cancel your order prior to active dispatch, this will be delivered to you and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. We are not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses so please double check your address is accurate before placing your order.
